Primary and Early Years

Presenting the Club during School Assembly is the best way to introduce children to the Chinese Dragons Club.
Our presentations provide the children with a basic but vital introduction to Chinese language and culture.
They last for 15-20 minutes and the performance is a lively start to the day.

A Chinese workshop is a fun-packed 1-hour session of sports, arts and crafts, and basic language teaching.The sessions are a wonderful mixture of Chinese music, costumes, magic, chopsticks, fortune cookies, calligraphy and so much more.
Classroom-based or school hall-based, we have no special requirements. Children will be seated for the session (floor is fine) but we would require tables for the calligraphy component of the workshop.
We provide all teaching materials but we would appreciate the availability of colouring pens for the latter parts of the session.
The sessions are hosted by engaging teachers who combine basic learning with sports, songs, art, games and competitions in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Due to the entertaining nature of our sessions, the workshops are suitable for all age groups at Primary School.
